This level of detail can not be used on a navbox, as the box becomes excessively large and obtrusive. The navbox should be reserved for featured articles or upper-level navigational access points. The portal could be customized to include this type of precision, but even there red links should not be visible. --Ashcraft - (talk) 05:51, 17 August 2010 (PDT)
Distinction
I added the bold word 'Americas' followed by a colon preceding the two different articles on the navbox, North and South America. It looks good (to me) and seems reasonable. If not, however, I can understand if anyone wishes to reverse this change.
