NEW EARTH REVISED TIMELINE is a new chronological history of the world based on new Earth creationism in The Bible. Many people have attempted to create a timeline for the history of the world solely based on the genealogies listed within the book of Genesis and elsewhere in the Bible, neglecting other subtle and otherwise obscure passages which would in some capacity alter the actual history given in The Bible. This revised timeline is an attempt to correct those possible errors in order to create a more accurate, more reliable account of time. At the same time, this timeline will also reconcile some of the differences between the Masoretic Text and the Septuagint.

  • Between March 16-20 ,4099:Creation birth of Adam. Genesis 1:26-31 (NIV) We arrive at this date dew to the fact that, first of all the days between the creation of light and dividing night and day as well as the days between this and the creation of Man were probably the cause of Earth having a spring Equinox, we also know that they planted a garden, therefore it must have been around the spring time when plants begin to grow. There probably wasn't a leap year the first few years given that the extra days fell the first 6 years between the creation of the Earth and Man himself on the sixth day. It is also very likely that Christ was born the same day many many years later due that Easter fell on March 20th when the astronomical equinox occurs. Note: tallying up leap years results in exactly 75 days left over, this is likely the number of days Adam and Eve spent in the garden of Eden.
  • 4099-3979: Birth of Cain and Abel AFTER expulsion from Eden, somewhere East of Eden. Genesis 3:23 (NIV), Genesis 4:1 (NIV)
  • 3969:Birth of Seth. Genesis 5:3 (NIV)
  • 3169: Death of Adam.
  • 3043: Birth of Noah. This can be calculated by adding up the generations from Adam to Noah in the Genesis Genealogy.
  • 2543: Birth of Japheth. In Genesis 10 it refers to "Shem whose older brother was Japheth." Genesis 10:21 (NIV)
  • 2541: Birth of Shem. For Arphaxad to be born two years after the flood and Shem to be 100 at the time Shem could not have been born the first son when Noah was 500 years old, Japheth, as noted above was also stated to be Shem's older brother. Later during Noah's "curse of Canaan" we find Ham is Noah's "younger son."
  • 2536: Birth of Ham As noted above Noah refers to Ham as his "younger son" when cursing Canaan. Genesis 9:20-24 (NIV)
  • 2443:Flood during Pharaoh Shepseskare, hence his reign was short or interrupted,[1] Shepseskare possibly identified as Shem or a son of Ham who was named after the Egyptian form of Ham's brother's name? It is well known among Egyptologists that the early dynasty of Egypt had darker skinned pharaohs possibly of African stock, while middle and later dynasty Egypt seems to have pharaohs of a more Asiatic stock, possibly indicating a shift from Egypt being ruled first by descendants of Ham and later by descendants of Shem.
  • 2441: Birth of Arphaxad two years after the flood. Genesis 11:10 (NIV)
  • 2151:Birth of Abraham. This is a simple calculation from Noah to Abraham.
  • 2103: Possibly construction for the tower of Babel begins?
  • 2093: Death of Noah.
  • 2076: Abraham departs Haran for Canaan.Genesis 12:4 (NIV)
  • 2075: Abraham arrives in Canaan. This can be calculated by Genesis 16:3 (NIV) where it states Hagar, Sarah's Egyptian handmaid was given to Abraham after they had lived in Canaan for 10 years, knowing Abraham's age when he left Haran and knowing He was 86 years old when Ishmael was born.
  • 2065: Birth of Ishmael.Genesis 16:16 (NIV)
  • 2051 Birth of Isaac.
  • 1991: Birth of Jacob and Esau.
  • 1976: Death of Abraham at 175 years old.
  • 1951: Esau marries at the age of 40.
  • 1900: Birth of Joseph. The Bible does not state how old Jacob was when Joseph was born, but it list enough information: Joseph was 30 years old when he began to work for the pharoahGenesis 41:46 (NIV), there were seven years of plentyGenesis 41:53 (NIV) Jacob appeared before the Pharoah at the age of 130Genesis 47:9 (NIV) Jacob arrived in Egypt 2 years into the famineGenesis 45:6-12 (NIV). Joseph Age 30 + 7 years of plenty + two years of famine before Jacob arrived makes Joseph 39 years old when Jacob appears before pharoah at age 130, so Jacob was 91 years old when Joseph was born.
  • 1883: Joseph, age 17 sold into slavery under Senusret II.
  • 1870: Joseph, age 30, released under Senusret III. Helps deal with the famine (probably caused precisely because of Senusret III’s raids in Caanan about 1862) and storehouses in Memphis.
  • 1869-1862: Seven years of plenty. Ephraim and Manasseh born during this time. Genesis 41:50
  • 1862-1855: Seven years of famine.
  • 1860: Jacob and family of Israel come to Egypt after two years of the famine.(see Genesis 45:6) Amenehet III becomes king.
  • 1790: Death of Joseph also death of Sobekenfru, beginning of the 13th dynasty, Slavery begins. Note: Reign has been extended 12 years by me to make death coincide with Joseph’s death and Slavery with a new dynasty or "A new king arose who knew not Joseph. Exodus 1:6-8
  • 1473: Birth of Aaron during the reign of Thutmose III.
  • 1470: Birth of Moses during the reign of Thutmose III. Note: Shiphrah of Gen. 1:15 actually Satiah a consort of Thutmose III?
  • 1430: Birth of Caleb and Joshua.
  • 1390: Exodus begins under Amenhotep III. Hence rumors he drowned.
  • 1350: Death or Aaron and Moses.
  • 1350: Exodus ends after 40 years of wandering in the wilderness.
  • c.1047-1040: God gives Israel the Prophet Samuel.

  • 989: Saul becomes king and rules 40 years.
  • 954: David becomes king of Judah.

500: Destruction of the first temple.

ACTS 7:4

Much dispute over biblical chronology is the result of Stephen's explanaiton of time from Abraham to his present day. Many argue that Acts 7:4 says that Abraham did not leave haran until after his father Terah died, which caused bishop Ussher to assume Terah must have been 130 when he fathered Abraham. The King James Version of The Bible may offer a best rendering of this verse and hence reconcil the account in Acts with that of Genesis. Acts 7:4 (KJV) It should be suggested that this verse may be read as follows "Then came he(Abraham) out of the land of the Chaldeans, and dwelt in Haran: and from there, when his father was dead, he (Abraham) removed him (Terah) into this land, in which you now dwell." In other words, Abrham went to Canaan, leaving while Terah was still alive, yet when Terah died, Abraham removed him from Haran, and Terah is buried somewhere in Canaan.
