Whitcomb is a surname of English origin, meaning "Name means::white valley", that could refer to either of two prominent young-earth creationist authors:
- John Whitcomb - Co-author with the late Henry Morris of The Genesis Flood, which many consider the trigger for the modern creationist movement.
- Jonathan Whitcomb - Author of Searching for Ropens, on searching for living pterosaurs in the South Pacific
