I am brazilian. I am from the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
I studied Engineering and Computer Science and like to read ID books like Signature in a Cell and Not By Chance.
I do not believe that random mutations without a creator can build order from the chaos.
I was born in a family portrait of Spiritualists. I was educated and raised in this religion also believing in the theory of evolution. I was born again in 1977 after the preaching of a Presbyterian missionary. But I have not questioned the evolution yet and considered compatible with my faith. 7 years after my conversion I made contact with baptists creationists friends from ABU (Biblical University Alliance). After reading some books and think about its arguments I became a strongly convinced creationist. Since then, I have purchased and read books on this subject. Also I bought evolutionary books to study their arguments and flaws, such as books of Futuyma, Mark Ridley, Michael Ruse, Margulis, Stephen Jay Gould, Niles Elderedge, Ernst Mayr, Dobzhansky and Richard Dawkins. At the moment, I am applying to enter the Ph.D. in bioinformatics. The examination shall be at the end of this year of 2012 and I hope to enter. One of my main motivations is my faith.
