You are still not formatting your references correctly - when used multiple times. Refer to the instructions on the CPCS or the Help:Footnote for assistance.

Your reference dates are also not correct.

I checked the following article (your first reference) and found no "last updated" date anywhere on the article. A date associated with a copyright declaration does no qualify as an updated date.

In the absence of a specified date of the last update, place the date on which you accessed the article. Also if author is unknown, place that statement at the end of the reference instead. It is important that the first part of the citation be unique. Corrected citation follows (template hyphens also removed and site name capitalized).
