Click on the image, click on the link to its description page, and edit the information you included during upload to include the link to the page where the image and its information can be found.

The link provided for the source must be to the page where the image and its descriptive information can be found. You instead gave a link to info about "public domain".

You dont need to upload the image again. Just edit the text at the link above the same way you edit your article.
