Welcome to the CreationWiki!

We thank the Lord for your willingness to serve Him by participating in the development of this educational resource. The CreationWiki is a collaborative effort and your help is needed. Our hope is that by working together we can build an archive of knowledge that will spread the truth of His creation throughout the world.

Please note that only creationists are permitted to edit articles. New editors are encouraged to visit the community portal to find ways of getting involved. It is also important to familiarize yourself with policy, such as the requirements for uploading images. The CreationWiki has been equipped with numerous help files that are essential for people unfamiliar with editing using the Mediawiki software.

Uploads

You should only replace images with the same image of a higher quality. Otherwise, simply use the normal upload procedure and policy, then add the new image to the page.

The source and copyright status of the following image could not be found. Please edit the file to include the appropriate info. Please note that information enter in form fields during "replacement" upload is not added to the description file. It must be edited manually. http://creationwiki.org/Image:Corythosaurus.jpg

Also - it is important that the "Source" link be to the page where the image description can be found.

Take a look at the info included with the revised upload. http://creationwiki.org/pool/Image:Cabazon_dinosaurs_panorama.jpg

Copyright status

You uploaded several pictures from the same source website - supplying simply "free licence" regarding copyright status. This is not considered sufficient. Please view the upload policy section regarding copyright status for information regarding what we expect users to provide when uploading images.

If you are the author of the work, then state such, and then either state that you are releasing them into the public domain or define a Creative Commons License. Otherwise you must provide a link where a use permission from the source website is clearly stated.

Source & Copyright Status

I noticed that you edited the description files for several of the images that you recently uploaded replacing "free license" with "public domain". This is also not considered sufficient. You must provide a statement as to why it is public domain and preferably a link where the claim can be verified. Unless you are the author of the work, you can not place something in the public domain.

The images you uploaded related to Mt. Sinai and the Red Sea must all be edited to include verification of your claim that they are in the public domain.

Thank you for attending to the images in question, but issues with them remain, and I will need clarification.
You placed the following copyright status on all the images in question: I, the creator of this work, hereby release it into the public domain. This applies worldwide. In case this is not legally possible, I grant any entity the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.
Are you indeed the author of these works?
Several of them (if not all) are clearly derived from Wyatt Archaeological Research.

Bokiva (Bokiva 06:01, 1 July 2007 (EDT))

While that may be true, the image is still useful for discussion and another image should not have been uloaded in its place. Furthermore, the image you uploaded contained no source or copyright information and therefore had to be deleted.--Mr. Ashcraft - (talk) 10:38, 1 July 2007 (EDT)

Account Suspension

Your account has been suspended for one week for reversing my actions regarding the Raptor image. Your edits to the Red sea, Mt. Sinai, and Sodom and Gomorrah are also being reversed due to concerns regarding the origin of the images you placed on those pages. However, the images will not be deleted immediately to give you time to respond to the concerns regarding their origin.
Before editing any other CreationWiki content, please address my question regarding these images: Are you the creator of these works as you claimed in the Copyright status? If so, please explain. The images are sourced from 2 separate sites and many seem to have actually originated from Wyatt Archaeological Research. (i.e. If you are affiliated with these sites and WAR, please advise.)
