I was born in 1989 in South Africa to two Christian parents. Though I was taught Christianity, I learnt mainly the spiritual aspects of it. While I also learnt some of the historical aspects, I didn't really learn to connect them to the world's history. Most of my history came from books, school and TV programs which, naturally, taught Secular Humanism's version of history while pretending to be non-religious.

Even though I never really doubted my faith in God, I was an Evolutionist until I finished High school, mainly because it was the only view I was exposed to. About a year after High School, I was shown a DVD my mom borrowed from one of her friends that contained a talk given by Ken Ham. From that point, I became a Creationist and have frequently researched various topics related to the Origins debate. At this point, I am fully convinced that Biblical creation is not only the most rational explanation but the only explanation that provides a basis for rationality.

I am currently studying towards a qualification as an Electrical Engineer.
