I was raised as a Christian but was always taught evolution in school. I am a huge Sci-Fi fan so I never really questioned billions of years and molecules to man evolution.

Then I started studying the Bible with a fellow from the Seventh Day Adventist church. He was a fairly smart person and he had no question in his mind that the Earth is young and Genesis is true. I eventually was Baptised into the Seventh Day Adventist church and started reading my children the Bible Story books that the church gave me.

The first book is all about the origins and I laughed and ridiculed it as unscientific. But that I really started to question it and do searches on the Internet. I found Answers in Genesis and decided to read as many articles on their site as possible to weight the evidence. I eventually started to realise that they were right. If I was truly a Christian after Jesus Christ, how could I think he was lying about Creation? G-d has made himself evident to me several times and I have learned not to question Him even directly to Him.

I am by no means a scientist. I work in Tech Support though so I am technically oriented. I only went to college for a year so I have no degrees or credentials.
