Builds a succession box for a kingdom that divides after the reigning monarch dies.

Parameters:

• before = Name of predecessor.
• new = specified message for a first titleholder; defaults to First
• title, title1, title2 = Actual titles of rulers of original kingdom and divisions; defaults to "King" in all cases
• kingdom = Article describing the kingdom
• house = Royal house of primary
• acc = Date of accession
• birthday,birthyear = Date of birth
• deathday,deathyear = Date of death
• after1 = Name of successor of division 1
• div1 = Name of division 1
• after2 = Name of successor of division 2
• div2 = Name of division 2
• vacbef/vacaft: Code these if before or after vacancies exist
• refs = references, if any
