Discussion is now open. Anyone here who is more experienced in information theory than I am, have at it! I suggest creating a "stub" category, or several "stub" categories, just as the Wikipedia does, with links from those categories to the Community Portal to remind people to expand them.--Temlakos 13:28, 27 December 2006 (EST)
