I honestly don't know a lot about the public domain stuff and everything, so could anyone tell me if we can use the images here:

The images are not considered in the public domain unless the authors declares them as such, but publicity photos like these qualify for the "Fair Use" clause of US Copyright Law. For their Copyright Status during upload, identify them as such "Fair Use: Publicity Photo by Gary Habermas".
