The process of verifying things like the Creator's signature is tricky because of the sheer size of the numbers involved. I tried writing a C program to do it using long doubles and got a way out result, I think because of overflow problems. How on earth did Panin do this using just paper?
I should love to know if anyone has got any verifying information for some of these things. --Oelphick 17:02, 25 January 2007 (EST)
- It should not be that hard to do if one did it by hand and did exact numbers. Since all the numbers in both the numerators and denominators are small, a large amount of cancellation should occur. Crookwood 21:58, 25 January 2007 (EST)
