Well, I'm having a little difficulty with the image overlapping the text below. I was also hoping to link the verses to biblegateway, but ran into some difficulty there too for some reason.--Zephyr Axiom 14:46, 24 February 2007 (EST)

I dont see any text overlap. The description for using the Bible quote template can be found here - Template:Bible_quote. You are currently just using the regular "quote" template, but we'd prefer the grey box used for Bible quotes.

I spotted a typo in the example of the Bible reference template that may have caused you some trouble. It should be:

{{Bible ref|book=Matthew|chap=1|verses=1-18}}

I put the image in a frame anyway. That seems to solve the problem for browsers that experience the overlap problem.
