Gary Locklair

Dr. Gary H. Locklair earned a B.A. Chemistry, a B.S. Computer Science at California State University, Sacramento and an M.S. Computer Science at the University of Idaho. He also earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University and has completed the L.C.M.S. education colloquy. He is a Professor and Chair of Computer Science at Concordia University Wisconsin since 1986 and he is also on the board of the Creation Research Society (CRS).
