Summary

Orconectes rusticus - Rusty Crayfish

Adult Morphology Prominent rusty-colored spot on each side of the carapace (#1 on figure)

Rust-colored band down the center of the back side of the abdomen

Overall tan color, especially on legs

Tips of claws have black bands (#2 on figure)

Oval gap on claws when closed (#3 on figure)
