Summary

Antimony powder. This is made by dissolving pewter in hydrochloric acid. The tin dissolves, leaving the antimony behind. The copper may dissolve, but it is reduced by the tin(II) ions to copper(I), which is colorless and soluble in hydrochloric acid.
