We don't see creatures in various stages of completion (Talk.Origins)
From CreationWiki, the encyclopedia of creation science
Claim CB925:
We do not see creatures in various stages of completion. In the past, according to evolutionary theory, there were half-birds, half-dogs, etc. We see nothing like that now.
CreationWiki response:
This is not a creationist claim. Note that Talk Origins does not even give a source for this; that is because there is none. This renders their response worthless. However there are still two references in point #2 that need a response.
(Talk.Origins quotes in blue)
- The various jaw bones of Probainognathus that were in the process of migrating toward the middle ear.
Talk Origins is assuming Evolution here. If Evolution between reptiles and mammals has not actually occurred then Probainognathus jaw bones were not migrating at all, and there are problems with the claim that Evolution did occur.
- Various Eocene whales, which had hooved forelimbs and hindlimbs.
And these would be what? This is a totally baseless statement.
